indiaThe longer practice creates more time and space to deepen your understanding of yogic breathing, yoga philosophy and meditation techniques, as well as spending more time to break down specific postures.

The workshop ends with a deep restorative relaxation (Yoga Nidra) to leave you feeling refreshed and renewed both mentally and physically. 

Each workshop is themed.

British Wheel of Yoga Teacher Training Courses

Train to become a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher. A 500 hour Diploma course held over 2 years and 9 months.

The 2017 course is in full swing.  Please contact me for information is you wish to apply for the next intake.

BWY Foundation Course 1 – upcoming dates to be confirmed

This 60-hour course is designed to explore yoga in more depth than you may get in an average class. It’s a combination of both practical and theoretical work, which explores asana, pranayama, meditation, relaxation, and philosophy.

The course if  for serious students who would like to develop their knowledge of yoga further and also for those wanting to train as yoga teachers.

The venue is close to Richmond centre and easily accessed via public transport. Parking is available on site, with plenty of local cafes.
